A career transition coach is a trained professional who can help you gain clarity on what you want out of your professional life and make a plan to get there.
Using the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator along with other informal assessments, we can help you develop a personal profile detailing strengths and personality characteristics. We will work collaboratively as you design and create the vocation that inspires you and brings you authentic fulfillment.
A career coach will be your ally in discovering and forging the best path forward for you – offering support, perspective, and tools along the way.
IS COACHING THE SAME AS THERAPY?
Coaching and therapy share some crossover elements—but there are many more differences.
Therapy is facilitated by trained mental-health professionals with specific processes, licensures, and diagnostic requirements. Therapy generally focuses on the past and present, and is often unstructured in nature.
Coaching is about uncovering your inner strengths and identifying patterns that no longer serve you. With a focus on the future, our coaches start with the belief that regardless of your circumstances, you can channel your strengths strategically into step-by-step actions and achieve your true dreams for this life.
Coaching doesn’t replace therapy, but it can co-exist quite well!
